All works featured on this website and affiliated Marrowdrift Studios platforms—including but not limited to original artworks, photographs of artworks, written descriptions, and any associated material—are the exclusive intellectual property of both the artist, Richardo K. Brown-Whitt, Esq., and of the corporation Marrowdrift Studios, unless otherwise stated.
Ownership and Rights
The artist retains all copyright, moral rights, and intellectual property rights related to the artworks, in accordance with the U.S. Copyright Act, the Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990 (V.A.R.A.), and applicable statutes under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
You may not:
Reproduce, copy, scan, or otherwise duplicate any work from this website without express written permission.
Use any image or material for commercial purposes, resale, merchandise, advertising, or social media promotion without explicit licensing.
Use any artworks for the purpose of AI training, machine learning, image synthesis, data scraping, or any other derivative technological use, including but not limited to third-party platforms or tools.
Mint, tokenize, or otherwise convert any artwork into an NFT or similar digital asset.
V.A.R.A. Rights
Under V.A.R.A., the artist asserts their moral rights to attribution and the integrity of the work. These rights include:
The right to prevent distortion, mutilation, or modification of the artworks in a manner that would prejudice the artist’s honor or reputation.
The right to be acknowledged as the creator of the works.
The right to prevent unauthorized attribution or false association.
These rights remain with the artist even after the physical artwork is sold unless explicitly waived in writing.
Enforcement & Jurisdiction
Any unauthorized use of artwork displayed or sold through Marrowdrift Studios will be pursued through legal means, including cease-and-desist actions, takedown requests, and claims under U.S. copyright and intellectual property law.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts located within Pennsylvania.

Introduction
Marrowdrift Studios ("we" or "us") values its visitors’ privacy. This privacy policy is effective March 26, 2025; it summarizes what information we might collect from a registered user or other visitor (“you”), and what we will and will not do with it.
Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Marrowdrift Studios does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Marrowdrift Studios.
